FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

GENERAL

Every inflatable is uniquely crafted and produced upon request. To provide you with the most accurate pricing, we would prefer to offer a custom quote tailored to your specifications and the type of inflatable you’re interested in.

The weight of our inflatables varies based on their size and type. For instance, our airtight inflatables tend to be lighter than our cold air inflatables.

Our cold air inflatables rely on a continuous power source to maintain the blower’s operation, whereas our airtight inflatables do not necessitate a constant power supply.

Some of our customers have repeatedly used our inflatables for many years without any problems. How long they last depends on how well they’re taken care of. And if you ever need it, we also provide a repair service.

We can send our products to many countries around the world. We often work with customers in Canada, USA, Australia, and Europe.

You can order as few as one inflatable or as many as hundreds of thousands – there’s no minimum requirement!

Make sure to clean and dry the inflatables before packing them. Fold them carefully and store them in a clean, dry place. We also offer storage and carry bags for the inflatables.

We can fix inflatables differently depending on what they’re made of. We can sew, use PVC glue, or stick on patches to repair them. We offer a repair service for all these methods.

Inflatables can be designed in 2D or 3D form, which we can then convert into a working 3D inflatable design ready for manufacturing. Ideas can be as simple as a sketch or written concept through a detailed CAD design.

  • Yes, all of our inflatables come with a 12 month warranty as per our terms and conditions.

INSTALLATION

Certainly! You can set up our inflatables by using the ropes that come with them. Sometimes, you might also need to attach ropes to the ground with nails to keep the inflatable secure, especially in windy conditions.

This depends on the material.

PVC is fully waterproof; nylon is water resistant.

Whenever you can, make sure to fold neatly where it’s supposed to bend and roll gently. Take out any air that might be stuck inside by pushing it out through the open valve at the roll’s end.

USE

Inflatables usually last for about 3 to 10 years. But if you take good care of them, there’s a chance they could last longer than that.

The answer is yes, it is a simple process to inflate the inflatable with an air blower. If you need help you can always contact us we are always happy to help you.

Use a mild, soapy mixture with a sponge or cloth for the best results. You can also use a gentle jet wash, but ensure it’s on a low setting.
